"Meghamalhar," is a stunning 3,000-square-foot residence in Cherpulassery, designed by T SQUARE Architects and built by Glenearth Constructions for Dr. Aneesh and Dr. Sariga. This contemporary home is crafted to meet the unique needs and tastes of its owners, blending modern functionality with striking aesthetic appeal.

Glenearth Constructions has brought this vision to life, with an exterior facade that harmoniously combines materials, textures, and geometric elements, making it an architectural centerpiece in the neighborhood. A key feature of Meghamalhar is its expansive central ventilation shaft, designed to flood common areas with natural light while seamlessly connecting the residence’s interior spaces.
